She completed a postgraduate degree in Guidance, Family and Education, Universidad de Los Andes. Professor of chair and practice of the Magister of Family and Mediation, of the postgraduate of Family Mediation of the University of Los Andes. Communications Director of Grupo Palo Alto International. She works in companies conducting training, workshops, coaching and positive strategic mobilization interventions of groups within an organization. She performs relational and prior and mandatory mediations. She is a registered mediator with the Ministry of Justice.
