Therapy with a Beginning and an End

We believe that people have the power to change. Resolve your issues in 10 sessions.

What is Brief Therapy?

We believe in and advocate for learning that extends beyond textbooks, giving practical experience the importance it deserves. We offer specialized training with real-life cases and interactive sessions with our instructors.

Effective

Unlike other therapy methods, Brief Therapy seeks short-term solutions and does not open unnecessary doors.

Focused on You

Our goal is to address your current issues, improve, and change your life starting from tomorrow, without continuously questioning the past.

Approachable

Our team of professionals will make you feel at home; trust is the first step.

Our model

The Brief Problem Resolution Therapy Model is a way of viewing life’s challenges and strategically thinking about how to change the solutions that have been unconsciously sustaining the problem.

This approach to family therapy prioritizes the issues that clients bring to the table, rather than seeking explanations and fitting them into diagnoses.
